Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy algorithms and features to enhance digital products. You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions in a hands-on technical role. Key Responsibilities:Design and improve AI features using React, Node.js, and ExpressIntegrate OpenAI and other LLM APIs to improve conversation qualityPerform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluationFine-tune and train models for domain-specific needsDevelop middleware and pipelines to manage context, user history, and optimize promptsTranslate user requirements into AI-driven featuresImplement robust testing, evaluation, and monitoring for AI models in productionStay current with developments in LLMs and AI tools Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field3+ years as a Machine Learning or AI EngineerStrong with Node.js, Express, and ReactHands-on experience with OpenAI or similar APIsExperience with recommendation engines, personalization, or user behavior modelingUnderstanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and embedding-based retrieval (RAG)Familiar with Python for data preparation or model trainingKnowledge of tokenization, vector databases, and conversational flow designExperience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred:Experience in health, nutrition, or wellnessUnderstanding of data privacy, security, and AI ethicsExperience working with remote, cross-functional teams
