Machine Learning Specialist

Job Summary:A Machine Learning Specialist designs, develops, and deploys machine learning models to solve complex business problems.They work with large datasets, apply advanced algorithms, and optimize predictive systems to improve decision-making, automation, and efficiency.Responsibilities:Design and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and systems.Analyze large datasets to extract insights and build predictive solutions.Train, test, and optimize models for accuracy and performance.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.Research emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption.Document processes, findings, and improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills.
