I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for Machine Operators in Kennesaw, GaJob Responsibilities:•Machine parts to specs using machine tools such as lathes, shapers or grinders•knowledge of measuring tools to include calipers, gauges, etc., is required•Responsible for the proper set-up of machine tools and materials into the machines, as needed.•Measure, examine and test completed units for defects using tools•Study and sample parts based off schematics, blueprints, etc.Essential Job Functions:•Must be able to move up to 50lbs.•Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day•Must be able to position oneself as neededWork Environment:•Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel toed boots•Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures.
