Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire but working across the UK at client facilitiesHours: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per weekSalary: £40,000 - £50,000Benefits: 22 days holiday- rising to 25 days after 1 year service + 8 bank holidays, annual bonus based on company performance- up to 10%, yearly salary review, NEST pension, company van and fuel card, laptop and mobile phone, cycle to work scheme, death in service scheme 3x annual salary. This is a brand-new role with future progression opportunities and the chance to develop your skills!Were looking for an Engineer Surveyor to travel across the UK, inspecting mechanical and pressure systems and keeping clients compliant and confident!We are seeking candidates who have experience in inspecting and maintaining plant equipment/mechanical systems who are looking for a new challenge!You'll carry out thorough site inspections, spot potential issues before they escalate, and ensure everything meets the standards of PSSR 2000.

Job DutiesConducting inspections of pressure systems at client sites, ensuring full compliance with PSSR 2000Producing high-quality electronic reports and written schemes of examination using an online portal.

Liaising with internal teams and client contacts to coordinate inspection activitiesIdentifying potential defects and offering technical recommendations to prolong asset lifeSupporting the planning and scheduling of inspections to maintain service standardsAssisting installation teams on site when needed and promoting best practices in safety and qualityWhat We Are Looking ForKnowledge of PSSR regulationsExperience in inspecting and maintaining mechanical plant equipmentExcellent communication and reporting skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently on siteComfortable with regular UK-wide travel and overnight stays when requiredFull UK driving licenceSo, are you ready for your next job?
