Great that you're thinking about a career with AEC !!American Engineering Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Engineer in main land Japan.We will mainly entrust you with the engineering of various construction works in the US military base in mainland Japan.Job Responsibilities・Design engineering and estimating for projects directed by assigned supervisors- Review/evaluate customer Request for proposal- Site survey & report・Project plan development- Tracking ordered materials and delivery progress- Work schedule development (Materials, subconstructor, contract period of performance, customer request, facilities access, etc.)- Project documentation*Any other works designated by the companyQualifications・Experience・Skills of reading and interpreting design drawings・Work experience of estimation, design and on-site construction projects.・Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Project scheduling・Auto CAD knowledge or experience・Over 10 years in related/similar position・Bachelors in Engineering・Experience in designing・Can work independently/ Negotiation Skills, Coordination Skills; Team player・Experience in +$10 million budget projectsSalary250,000 ~ 350,000 JPY / Month※Salary will be determined by one's skill and experience■Job TypeContract (1 year)■Working Hours8:00-17:00 (Lunch break 1h)**Overtime, night shifts, weekend/holiday work may occur■HolidaysSaturdays, Sundays, Other days as specified by the company (120non-working days per year)■BonusTwice a year (July and December)Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 2.5)■BenefitsRelocation allowanceVISA supportOne-way flight ticket to JapanCompany housingOnce again, thank you for your interest in AEC.We are looking forward to your application!
