Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track maintenance budgets.Coordinate with boutiques and vendors for maintenance requests and service follow-ups.Support preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service logs.Prepare reports, track open tasks, and assist with documentation/approvals.Qualifications:Strong admin and PO management experience.Excellent communication & coordination skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Experience in luxury retail or premium fashion brands.Passion for the luxury industry.
