Maintenance Engineer (Civil - Architecture)

About the Role:Everest Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a solid background in finishing maintenance for commercial and hospitality buildings. The role focuses on maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of operational properties, ensuring spaces are always presented at the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:·      Supervise and execute finishing maintenance works including painting, flooring, tiling, wall finishes, carpentry, aluminum, and gypsum works.·      Conduct regular inspections to identify and address finishing-related defects or wear and tear.·      Manage and follow up with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of corrective work.·      Handle maintenance requests from tenants or departments efficiently while minimizing disruption to operations.·      Prepare maintenance schedules and track progress to ensure consistent upkeep of the property.·      Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, materials used, and completed tasks.·      Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and health & safety guidelines.Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.·      3–5 years of proven experience in finishing maintenance for high-end commercial projects, or hospitality.·      Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials and repair methods.·      Excellent attention to detail, quality control, and site supervision skills.·      Good communication and coordination abilities.Location: New Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeApply now:careers@everest-properties.com
