Our manufacturing and engineering teams are critical to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality products and this role plays a key part in that mission.About The RolesWe have two Maintenance Engineer vacancies within our Hamilton Manufacturing team:Day Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to FridayAfternoon Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday to FridayReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. You’ll play a critical role in supporting production teams to meet schedules and delivery commitments.You WillCarry out planned preventative maintenance in line with schedulesRespond to breakdowns and complete timely repairsIdentify machine faults and recommend reliability improvementsUse our CMMS to record work and maintenance activitySupport Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and root cause analysisRaise purchase orders and gather quotes for mechanical workWork closely with supervisors, production teams, and external contractorsHelp maintain a safe, organised, and high-performing work environmentAbout YouYou’re a practical, trade-qualified engineer who enjoys hands-on maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
