The primary goal of this role is to move the organization toward a Maintenance 4.0 model by utilizing data-driven strategies and engineering excellence to minimize unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance costs, and extend the lifecycle of critical equipment, reports to the Technical Manager.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for critical assets, including rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) and static systems.Shows a commitment to personal and professional development. Actively seeks feedback and opportunities for growth.Coordinate the technical planning and execution of major facility shutdowns and turnarounds, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Manage and oversee third-party technical service providers and in-house teams to ensure all work adheres to company quality and engineering standards.Demonstrates flexibility in handling changing conditions, priorities, and tasks. Shows a positive attitude towards new challenges and adjustments.Consistently adheres to safety protocols and encourages others to do the same. Proactively identifies and reports potential hazards.Proactively addresses issues and finds solutions. Shows respect for colleagues, stakeholders, and company policies.Oversee all repair activity by the disciplines DME, ensuring repair strategy and targets are achievedOrganization and hierarchical structuring of the asset database for CMMS implementation.Alignment of maintenance strategies with OEM data or RCM/RBI analysis resultsWhat are we looking for?Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience: 5–8 years of experience in maintenance engineering within heavy industry (Oil & Gas).Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).Technical Skills: Condition Monitoring (PdM), Shutdown/Turnaround (TAR) Planning, ISO 55000 (Asset Management) and ISO 45001 (Safety) [3], Static Equipment Integrity & Schematic InterpretationIT Skills: Microsoft toolsWhat Can We Offer To YouContract Role: Based in LuandaCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an attractive health insurance plan with 100% coverage for the employee and up to four direct dependents.
