Maintenance Enginering Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Water Systems, Building/Civil Works, and Utility Equipment.JOB DESCRIPTION:Conduct inspections of electrical systems, water piping, and overall building systems.Develop a maintenance schedule for machines and facilities to prevent breakdowns (e.g., AC servicing, water pump checks, electrical panel inspections).Perform immediate repairs when damage occurs to ensure uninterrupted operations.Prepare budget calculations for building construction and facility development.Create and monitor maintenance budgets.Supervise, guide, and manage the maintenance team/staff to ensure effective and timely execution of tasks.
