Job Description

Your MissionThe Maintenance Manager secures efficiently the technical availability of the production equipment of the Wheels`s assembly line, buildings, grounds, and other equipment, necessary for the continued support of plant operations.As a Maintenance Manager, you are the local process owner of the following processes: Maintenance.Your ResponsibilitiesKey result area 1 –ProductionMaintains the technical and production availability of the assembly process of ready-made wheelsSecures the availability of the production line (reduce troubleshooting, best quality, optimal amount, etc.)Carries out actions in case of deviation (repair, maintenance, programming, etc.)Maintains the plant process in terms of availability and reduction of downtimeMaintains all parts of the production line (machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preventive)Maintains and administrates the spare part stockroom Improves and optimizes the parameters of production line/assembly line efficiencyKey result area 2 – QualityMaintains proper maintenance and cares for all assetsDevelop a continuous improvement mindsetMaintains environmental, safety, and quality standardsKey result area 3 –AdministrationReports weekly on maintenance activities and monthly reportsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance plansPlans and implements improvements of the production linePlans machine capacity analysisKey result area 4 – StaffGuides, motivates, develops, and monitors the direct reports (if applicable).Develops good and strong relations with technical service companies.Trains the operators in technical needs🔧 What you bring to the tableEducation and experienceYou have at least 3 years’ experience in a leading position within a serial production company, preferably from the automotive sector and Tire 1 supplierYou have a technical background/education (Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)Functional CompetenciesGood knowledge of the applicable IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001 principles if applicableYou have a comprehensive understanding of Tire-Wheel assemblyYou know pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanic, and industrial process measurement and controlPLC7 knowledge & SPS-knowledgeFamiliar with maintenance management using CMMS programmesYou have good knowledge of MS Office skillsYou are fluent in the German language and you have a good level of EnglishWhat we offerWe are offering a challenging job in an industry driven by innovation and automation with a chance to prove yourself and build a career in an international and multicultural environmentYou'll get a salary package in line with the marketIntensive, internal & external training opportunities are included on and off the job
