What This Role Is AboutThis leadership role oversees a multi-disciplinary HR and Administration organization of 42 employees, including four direct Line Managers, and plays a key part in shaping the company’s people strategy. As a core member of the leadership team, the role drives HR input into annual planning, ensuring that workforce strategies, talent planning, and organisational priorities are fully aligned with business objectives.You will lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, nationalisation, performance management, employee relations, HR services, policy deployment, organisational development, and people cost control. A central part of the role involves strengthening compliance, optimizing headcount costs, enhancing workforce productivity, and ensuring operational readiness against evolving regulatory requirements. The position also oversees public relations activities, corporate social responsibility programs, security operations, and general administration to ensure smooth business continuity.This is a strategic and operational leadership role that requires strong partnership with senior management, effective people leadership, and the ability to drive high-impact HR initiatives across a diverse workforce.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit• A minimum of 10 years of experience across core HR functions, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial capacity leading multi-functional teams. • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Strong business partnering capabilities with senior leadership and an ability to translate organisational goals into executable people strategies. • Deep knowledge of local labor laws, government regulations, and compliance frameworks, with proven experience navigating regulatory stakeholders. • Strong command of HR systems and ERP platforms, with advanced computer literacy and comfort leading process automation and SOP development. • Demonstrated experience driving nationalisation programs, optimising people costs, improving employee experience, and overseeing large-scale HR service delivery. • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, foster accountability, and manage large workforce groups through structured planning and performance cycles.This role offers a significant opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape organisational culture, drive people transformation, and partner closely with top leadership to strengthen the company’s overall performance and long-term success.
