Job Description
Job Purpose To oversee, plan, and manage all maintenance operations across campuses/facilities, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and upkeep of infrastructure, equipment, and utilities in alignment with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Operations: Oversee maintenance of buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks in all campuses. Facility & Infrastructure Management: Oversee repair and upkeep of all facilities including classrooms, offices, sports areas, cafeterias, washrooms, auditoriums/gymnasium, and outdoor spaces. This includes the overseeing of the maintenance of core infrastructures such as generators, solar systems, lifts, electrical panels, HVAC, IT equipment, and swimming pools. Team & Vendor Supervision: Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely, cost-effective service. Ensure smooth coordination with administration and security teams for operations and emergency response. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in educational or corporate settings. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
