Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vancouver, BC, for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repair activities, and ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and systems. Responsibilities include managing daily maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing equipment performance to support production goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance Management, Equipment Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance practicesStrong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead a team effectivelyExperience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and systemsSolid understanding of workplace safety standards and regulationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsRelevant certifications or technical education in maintenance or a related field is an assetExperience in food manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage
