Their job is to help maintain production up time by helping the Maintenance Mechanics complete PM schedules, machine modifications, new installations, and production support.Primary ResponsibilitiesFollow all Safety guidelines, rules, regulations as they pertain to the day to day task assigned to the maintenance mechanic trainee Assist in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facilities equipment and machineryBe able to correctly fill out the assigned task work order with all pertinent information, hours worked and parts used if applicable in a timely mannerFollow instructions in both written and verbalMust be able to work a flexible schedule. Maintain and clean work area, free of safety or environmental hazards.
