Job Purpose and ImpactMaintenance Planner will support senior professionals in implementing maintenance programs to optimize the productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment. Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure tasks are executed in alignment with leadership directives. Monitor and ensure that all maintenance projects, both operational (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex), are executed according to schedule. We seek a results-oriented professional who will contribute to planning and coordinating maintenance.Key AccountabilitiesSupervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of contractors involved in Maintenance. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Lead and ensure the proper execution of the Electrical Maintenance Program (EMP) as per the Cargill Job Aid. Monitor and ensure all maintenance schedules and tasks are completed on time and according to standard procedures. Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Electrical Safety Program within the plant. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Participate in the development of departmental budgets, and ensure adherence to cost control measures. Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical systems and provide solutions for operational improvements. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Experience. Diploma (D3) or High School (SMA) graduates with at least 3 years of experience in managing palm oil mill operations. Basic leadership and team-building skills. Preferably with prior experience in the palm oil industry or similar manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of project planning. Proficiency in predictive and preventive maintenance, as well as other maintenance management systems. Understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices. Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills.
