About this Position In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with performance standards. You will manage emergency breakdowns, promote a preventive maintenance culture, and optimize equipment reliability through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Additionally, you will organize maintenance teams, monitor performance, and contribute to asset inventory optimization. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience in maintenance management systems like SAP PM will be key to success.What You´ll Do Monitoring the maintenance and overhauling work activities to ensure safe and efficient application of procedures and implementation of optimal mechanical maintenanceEnsuring that all documentation is completed in maintenance management system correctly such as the Log, outlining the fault, method of repair and the time, labor and materials used in order to support timely availability of informationManaging the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimizing downtime and possibility of liquidity damagesDeveloping and promoting a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis, breakdown analysis and finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenanceChecking and reporting on maintenance performance to ensure technical and timely delivery of all activityTaking accountability for maintenance planning/preparation of technical demanding tasks ensuring discipline support to full processEnsuring compliance with performance standards and maintenance requirementsPerforming routine checks on work undertaken by technicians to ensure the required levels of quality are being met and within agreed budget forecastsInput to equipment maintenance strategies to improve reliability of key equipmentActively engaging with the site execution teams ensuring participation in corporate behavioral safetyOrganization of blue collar workers in maintenance workshopProviding recommendations for critical spares and optimize asset inventory What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Chemical Engineering is required with 6-8 years of experiencePractical experience and know-how on utilities and maintenance activitiesKnowledge of downtime analysis and practical knowledge of problem solving toolsKnowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection toolsProject Management & Detailed understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance theoryStrong planning, organizing, and integration skills along with mentoring, coaching and leadership skillsExperience in SAP PM system is a plusKnowledge in AutoCad and/or similar platformsFluency in English Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid and work from anywhere policiesDiverse national and international growth opportunitiesGlobally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programsGender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeksEmployee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
