Maintenance Team Leader

⭐Join CROWN HELLAS, a Leading Name in the Packaging Industry!ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client CROWN HELLAS, a key player in the packaging sector specializing in the production of high-quality beverage and food cans, is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join and develop their new production line.📌 Location: Corinthos🖋️ Reports to: Engineering ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify issues, risks or required maintenance actions.Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and oversee the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance works.Supervise and maintain building systems (HVAC, heating, ventilation, extraction, etc.).Oversee electrical, mechanical and refrigeration installations and ensure proper operation.Ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of maintenance activities and repairs.Manage maintenance operations across all plant units, ensuring compliance with company standards, hygiene, safety and environmental regulations.Maintain accurate records, technical files and updated “as-built” documentation.Monitor maintenance costs (OPEX & CAPEX) and support budgeting and cost-optimization initiatives.Contribute to the plant’s preventive maintenance strategy and reliability improvement activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers as needed.QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.1–3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.Very good command of English and proficient computer skills (MS Office).
