To apply, create your account on GloProsWe are seeking an experienced SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Invoicing Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP’s advanced e-invoicing and statutory reporting solutions. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with local e-invoicing regulations and seamless integration with tax authorities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP DRC/eDocument frameworks, a strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, and a proven history of successful SAP integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of SAP DRC for e-invoicing, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Ensure full compliance with local tax authority mandates for e-invoicing and real-time reporting.Configure and optimize the SAP DRC/eDocument cockpit to enhance invoice creation, validation, submission, and error management.Collaborate closely with finance, tax, IT, and external partners to ensure efficient invoice processing and statutory reporting.Oversee integration between SAP and external service providers, such as e-invoicing platforms and clearing systems.Conduct functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve issues, and provide post-implementation support.Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver training to empower business users.Monitor regulatory changes and update SAP DRC configurations to maintain ongoing compliance.Required QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience as an SAP DRC E-invoicing Consultant, preferably within FI/SD or SAP DRC/eDocument environments.Extensive hands-on experience with SAP DRC, eDocument Framework, or SAP e-invoicing solutions.Strong understanding of local e-invoicing regulations, compliance requirements, and statutory reporting processes.Proficiency in SAP FI invoicing and/or SD billing, with the ability to troubleshoot both technical and functional issues.Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with third-party e-invoicing providers and integration processes.Knowledge of other EU e-invoicing frameworks or compliance solutions.Join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration and compliance of SAP e-invoicing solutions.
