Maintenance Technician "Injection Molding"

Skill check:BAC +2 (Technical diploma).Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in injection molding machines (Arburg, Optimel, ...).Good experience in CNC machines and Process Putting.Strong diagnostic skills in electrical failures.Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.Adherence to safety standards.Strong analytical skills and quick responsiveness for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.Perfect command of spoken and written English.Challenge check:Carry out annual maintenance of machines in accordance with maintenance procedures.Repair of equipment in production lines.Records repairs and interventions in the maintenance log (SAP).Participates in the implementation of the 5S program in Maintenance as well as the organization of the workplace.Execute assembly devices and improvement of equipment in accordance with engineers' drawings.
