Job Title:Professional, BI Data EngineerJob DescriptionPosition Summary:The Business Intelligence Professional is an experienced professional working with data (analysing, modelling, extracting, and automating). They will use Business Intelligence tools to extract, transform, and load data sets for use by both client and internally focused Business Intelligence & Insights dashboards and reports. They will partner with our customers to design solutions that meet their needs. They will proactively monitor production of such Business Intelligence & Insights solutions and resolve issues on time.Candidate Profile:Must have at least 3 years' experience working on Business Intelligence development using industry-recognised BI toolsMust have a proven track record in writing SQL queriesStrong understanding of relational databases, with the ability to interpret database schemas to support query developmentMust have experience in automation using languages such as .NET, C #, Python, etc.Must have experience working with stakeholders on Business Intelligence requestsSense of professionalism and ability to develop relationshipsStrong attention to detailSelf-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPreferably to have experience working in a contact centre environment for at least 2 yearsAble to effectively handle multiple concurrent tasks and is able to effectively prioritise and meet timelines on deliverables.Location:BGR Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full timeIf you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California ResidentsR1668875
