You will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that align with WellPass’s goals. Daily tasks include identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing partnership negotiations, and driving the company’s B2B growth. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership integration and strategic alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute WellPass’s end-to-end partnership strategy to build the strongest corporate wellness network in Morocco. Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, wellness centers, spas, mental-health providers, and other health-service partners.Design and implement scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, pricing agreements, quality assurance, and long-term performance tracking.Create a city-by-city expansion model ensuring network density, geographical coverage, and premium service consistency.Set and track partnership KPIs (partner satisfaction, activation rates, revenue per partner)2. Enterprise Relationship Management (B2B Side)Act as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients and key accounts, ensuring alignment with WellPass’s value proposition and engagement targets.Co-create joint initiatives with corporate HR teams (activation campaigns, wellness challenges, engagement programs) to increase adoption and usage.Monitor partner and client performance data, analyze trends, and develop strategies to improve engagement, retention, and revenue contribution.Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, People Leaders) and position WellPass as a high-impact HR wellness solution.Develop case studies and success stories that demonstrate ROI and drive new business.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the CEO to align partnership and B2B growth priorities with the overall company roadmap and expansion strategy.Collaborate with Marketing to produce go-to-market materials, joint campaigns, and city launch strategies that support partner and client success.Coordinate with Operations and Product to ensure seamless partner integration, high-quality user experience, and efficient issue resolution.Provide structured feedback from partners and clients to influence product evolution and feature prioritization.4. Leadership & GrowthBuild and lead the future Partnerships & Growth team as WellPass scales from Morocco to other markets.Establish a high-performance culture based on ownership, execution speed, and continuous improvement.Identify new growth opportunities, verticals, and business models that strengthen WellPass’s leadership in corporate wellness across Africa and other regions.
