About The RoleAs a Maintenance Technician at Jan Zandbergen Group, youll be part of a close-knit team of five engineers who know exactly what they can count on from one another. If one colleague is an expert in the mechanical side of our machines, youll bring your electrical expertise to the tableor vice versa. Together, the technical team has one mission: to perform maintenance and troubleshoot as efficiently as possible, keeping our state-of-the-art machinery running smoothly.Your role as a Maintenance Technician offers incredible varietyno two days are the same! Picture yourself solving a technical issue with the robots in our 15-meter-high, fully automated warehouse one day, and fine-tuning the air conditioning or fixing a jammed rolling door the next. Aside from scheduled maintenance rounds, you never know what challenges might come up, making this one of the most dynamic technical roles around.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Work closely with your team to perform periodic and preventive maintenance based on the plan you develop and update together;Resolve malfunctions in electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic installations, ensuring food safety standards are met;Adjust, set, and maintain control systems, including those in our cold storage facility with a fully automated order-pick system;Manage inspection and maintenance schedules for each machine to minimize interruptions;Analyze malfunctions to develop effective solutions for technical issues;Primarily work daytime shifts (starting between 6:00 and 8:00 am), and after a thorough training period, join the on-call rotation approximately once every 4 to 5 weeksWhat We OfferA gross base salary between 3.000 and 4.000 per month (based on knowledge, skills, age, and education).A full-time workweek of 38 hours.Extensive opportunities for internal and external training and growth.A one-year contract with the intent to offer a permanent position. Experience with welding work would be an added plus.Do you also hold NEN3140 certification and/or a VCA qualification? If not, no worries!
