Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.Job SummaryAs an Major or Global Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth against our largest global customers by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory or vertical. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to deliver value-driven solutions to customers using PTC’s suite of software products.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers including C level executivesUnderstand customer needs and articulate the value of PTC’s solutions (CAD, IoT, ALM, PLM, AR, etc.).Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the globe to effectively drive business as well as deliver compelling presentations and demos.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in Automotive or manufacturing sectors.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and sales methodologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Japanese – Native Level English – Fluent LevelNice-to-Have SkillsExperience running global salesFamiliarity with PTC or competitor productsTechnical background or understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
