1/ Represent the brand as a professional makeup artist, delivering a premium brand experience to customers2/ Lead national promotional events at department stores, including:Makeup Shows (Live Demonstrations & Public Speaking)Beauty Classes (Hands-on Makeup Education)Customer Invitation Events (VIP Client Engagements)Conduct internal and external makeup training sessions (including corporate workshops, beauty classes, and special lectures)Participate in internal and external PR events (including filming and uploading content for new product launches)Appear in live commerce broadcasts (engaging with customers through real-time product demonstrations)Support in-store activities to drive sales (such as customer consultations and field inspections)Maintain professional grooming standards (in line with brand image and role expectations)Monitor and report on competitor activity and trendsJob Responsibilities Strong communication skills with the ability to convey brand heritage and expertise Genuine interest and passion for the beauty industry Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a makeup brand or as a professional makeup artist Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays Previous experience in brand promotion teams or field training roles is a plus
