Position TitleClerk TruckingReport ToExecutive. ML - KLIA Branch - Trucking OpsPosition Summary The role is to manage daily for loading / unloading cargo. The roles also need to involve in logistics and operations internal audit process such as Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE). Key AccountabilityReport directs to Operation Executive on the issues pertaining to Trucking Operation. Verify the total load / unload cargo according to Flight Manifest or client invoice. Performing loading and unloading cargo or Empty ULD process. Reporting damage or incomplete cargo or upon loading / unloading to Trucking Supervisor with evidence.
Sorting document and complete form that related to Trucking Operation. Ensure Operations process is complied with Quality, Safety, Health ad Environment (QSHE) assessment Standards 45001: 2018, ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 and responsible for any Safety and hazard reports matters workplace. Qualification & Working ExperienceMinimum SPM/SPMV, DVM, STPM or any equivalentJabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) License D1 or 2 years related experienceAreas of ExperienceKnowledgeable on all import and export Malaysia Custom Regulation and clearance skill. Knowledgeable to handle KERISS (Key Revenue Integrated System), PC system and others system which related on daily Operation. Knowledgeable on Airline Cargo handling skill.
Knowledgeable to handle Superior and subordinate requirement using the available resources. Personality TraitsAble to work independently with minimal supervision. Pleasant personality and positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure. Able to work in rotating shift and flexible
