Job TitleExecutive Engineer, SystemsReports ToManager, SystemRole PurposeTo provide technical support and engineering development for Malaysia Airlines Berhad’s (MAB) fleet of aircraft, specifically in the areas of cabin and system engineering. Key AccountabilityProvide service engineering support for aircraft systems under ATA chapters 21, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 36, 47. Conduct studies and propose solutions to technical issues to improve aircraft dispatch reliability. Evaluate and recommend modifications, repair schemes, products, or processes to enhance operational efficiency, maintainability, and component life. Participate in special projects involving Technical Fields: Hydromechanical system, Environmental system and Fuel systems, as per the Design Organisation Manual (DOM) approval process.

Liaise with vendors, airlines, overhaul agencies, and internal departments on technical matters related to assigned responsibilities. Undertake any additional assignments as directed by the Manager. Qualifications & Working ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions. Skills & KnowledgeStrong technical expertise in aircraft systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills. Ability to develop business case proposals and management reports. Key ChallengesMaintain a high level of competency within the section. Effectively manage, organize, allocate tasks, and motivate team members. Ensure technical data, procedures, and information are accurate and current for operational use. Drive continuous improvement in work quality and efficiency.
