Job TitleCargo Warehouse Handling Officer, MH WB & NBReports ToSenior Executive, BUP MH Freighter, WB & NBRole PurposeTo plan and execute the Build-Up of the booked cargo according to the booking lists (Flight Dispo) and ensure maximization of cargo space for Narrow Body, Wide Body, and Freighter Aircraft. Key AccountabilityCollect flight assignment from Head of Shift (HOS). Prints booking lists of flight assignments. Scrutinizes loading of the flight assignments. Corrects update of loaded cargo into Logistics Management System (LMS) and Cargo Warehouse Information System (CWIS) and updates if there is any discrepancy e. g. damaged cargo etc.

Maintains communications with team leaders and operators on Build-Up. Sends telexes to Airlines pertaining to offloaded cargo. Sends messages on offloaded cargo to Q32. Closes flight assignments within the set standard time. Sends ULDF messages to Cargo Ramp Unit and Load Control. Compiles service reports and hands over to the superior for custody. Plans and ensures all works are complying to ICAO, IATA, MCAR and other regulatory bodies. Responsible for coordination and execution of cargo handling operations (Export & Transshipment) by providing direct steering to vendor staff. Ensure that operations go smoothly, and loading is optimized, etc.

Work in 8 hours shift patterns on individual Roster. To comply with safety and security at all times. Perform other tasks assign by superior. Qualifications & Working ExperienceSPM or higher tertiary qualification with 5 years in Cargo Operations field. Areas of ExperienceKnowledge in Handling of Cargo. Knowledge in CMS-LMS System / CMS-CWIS System. Personality TraitsPleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
