Manage designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creatives; mentor talent and develop your team • Project Oversight: Lead campaigns or projects end to end—from concept through execution across digital, print, events, and packaging• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, product, client teams, and external agencies to ensure creative alignment and effectiveness• Brand Consistency: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring messaging and visuals align across all touchpoints• Operational Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and ensure delivery on brand and business KPIsTypical Qualifications• Experience: Usually 7–15 years in creative roles, including several years in leadership or managerial positions • Skills:
