Responsibilities About the job Manage Service Manager Lead and manage the Manage Service team, including engineers (skills and schedules). Oversee and ensure service delivery for solutions such as:SD-WAN (e.g., Bank Mega project) Firewall Antivirus (e.g., Bank Victoria, Indofood, Paramount) Backup System (e.g., Surya Lestari, Spin Asia) Manage SOC Team operations for key clients (e.g., Superindo, Indotoood, Enesis). Calculate and monitor COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for Manage Service operations. Present service performance to internal stakeholders and clients. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in companies engaged in Manage Service or IT infrastructure operations. Skills Required:Proven experience in managing IT Manage Service operations. Strong understanding of networking, SOC, SD-WAN, Firewall, Antivirus, and Backup Systems. Leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
