Management AccountantDundalkArmont Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding organisation with a strong presence in the Irish and international market. Their finance hub is based in Dundalk, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a high-performing team at a time of significant growth.This role will suit a qualified accountant with 3+ years’ experience in an industry environment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both financial control and business partnering.The RolePosting of monthly journals across revenue, payroll, accruals, and prepayments.Support the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts including variance analysis.Preparation and submission of quarterly tax and duty returns.Balance sheet reconciliations with supporting schedules.Oversee and maintain the fixed asset register.Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Treasury and other internal teams to ensure accuracy of reporting.Provide financial insight to support cost management and efficiency projects.Build effective cross-departmental relationships to enhance decision-making.The CandidateQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).3+ years’ experience in an industry environment.Strong Excel and IT skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills with a solution-focused approach.People supervision and development experience desirable.The RewardsSalary, €60,000 to €70,000 depending on experienceBonus Attractive annual leave entitlementPension schemeEducation supportHybrid working
