Management Accountant

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business while maintaining the highest standards of financial management and governance.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your accounting career in a dynamic, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment.Responsibilities:Assist the Finance Team with all accounting requirements for the business.Prepare quarterly and annual management accounts, including control account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, journal postings, and overhead analysis.Complete month-end routines and reporting in line with agreed timelines.Support Finance Team colleagues with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.Contribute to the implementation and improvement of finance systems and processes.Promote collaboration and effective communication across the Finance Team and wider business.Uphold company values in all interactions and act as an ambassador for the business.Experience:3-5 years post-qualification experience in accounting or finance.Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and best practices.Experience with Xero accounting software desirable but not essential.
