We strive to deliver innovative and efficient refractory products to meet the diverse demands of our global clients.Role DescriptionPrepare and analyse monthly and annual management accountsOversee and scrutinise the entire management accounting processAnalyse both the Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet to identify trends and opportunitiesDeal with all requests from Statutory auditorsPrepare information required for consolidation of group accounts Develop and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecastsParticipate in senior management meetings and contribute valuable financial insightsManage the cost model and ensure its effectivenessProactively challenge budget holders on overhead spendingFacilitate close collaboration and discussions across departments to gather accurate and complete financial dataAct as a bridge between finance and other departments, translating financial information into actionable insights for informed decision-makingOversee monthly management reporting and ensure timely deliveryChampion continuous improvement initiatives within the finance departmentTake ownership of various ad-hoc projects as neededWho You AreA fully qualified Management Accountant with CIMA, ACA, or ACCA designationPossess exceptional skills in Microsoft ExcelProven experience in a commercial accounting environmentAdept at influencing others with a subtle yet impactful approachA hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organizationA positive and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitudeMeticulous organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficientlyWe’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with senior management, taking ownership of the full management accounting process while also getting involved in costing, material consumption analysis, cost reviews, and a variety of commercial activities that influence key business decisions.
