Management Accountant – Dublin (Hybrid)We’re seeking a Management Accountant to join a growing Dublin-based financial advisory and outsourcing firm that partners with companies to deliver a full finance function support.In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality management accounts, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights for clients – always ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll also lead a small client delivery team, collaborate with both colleagues and clients, and present financial performance in a way that’s clear and engaging for non-financial stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of management accounts and financial reportsBudgeting and cash flow forecastingTax compliance (Corporation Tax & VAT)Supporting external auditsLeading and supporting a small client delivery teamAbout You:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or ACA)Minimum 2 years post-qualification experienceStrong management accounting skills and client-facing experienceAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Sage, Xero, or AccountsIQ is an advantageProfessional, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressureStrong communicator who enjoys both independent and collaborative workWhy Join?You’ll be part of a supportive and close-knit team of professionals who take great care in hiring for cultural fit.
