You’ll play a critical role in ensuring data quality, interpreting trends, and advising stakeholders on process improvements and reporting functionality. Key Responsibilities1. Database & Report ManagementDesign and maintain SQL-based reports and dashboards (Power BI)Ensure real-time reporting accuracy and exception handlingDocument and manage MI SOPs across business unitsCollaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to meet evolving data needs2. Stakeholder EngagementAttend stakeholder meetings and provide feedback on reporting progressCommunicate updates and changes effectively across teamsGuide stakeholders on reporting requirements aligned with enterprise platforms3. Data AnalysisIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through data interpretationRecommend process improvements based on analytical findingsDeliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making4.
