Job Description

Location - Noida (Hybrid) Experience - 2-3years Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our lead processes. The role requires complete ownership of CRM hygiene, lead management, and marketing analysis to ensure seamless operations between marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead & CRM Management Maintain complete knowledge of the lead lifecycle — from generation to conversion. Ensure CRM hygiene by regularly updating, validating, and managing leads. Handle lead assignment, shuffling, and follow-up processes efficiently. Monitor lead flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve conversion. Analysis & Reporting Conduct lead-level analysis to assess quality, conversion, and performance. Analyze marketing campaigns to evaluate cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and revenue per lead. Support data-driven decision-making by preparing dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI. Communication & Coordination Manage daily email communication related to leads, assignments, and marketing queries. Provide prompt and accurate responses to internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve lead outcomes. Automation & Process Optimization Utilize automation tools for lead assignment and CRM workflows. Develop and manage CRM disposition forms, ensuring accuracy and ease of use. Identify dependencies, troubleshoot challenges, and suggest process improvements. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Leadsquared, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Proficient in Excel: data cleaning, pivot tables, lookups, and analysis. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI – dashboards, data visualization, and reporting. Experience in marketing analytics (CPL, campaign ROI, funnel performance). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
