Your jobThe Laboratory of Geo-information Science and Remote Sensing (GRS) is looking for an enthusiastic Management Assistant (0.5 FTE).Your Tasks And Responsibilities IncludeMinute-taking during meetings; managing calendars; handling mail; managing correspondence; processing phone calls and emails;Entering GRS publications and similar items into the library registration system;Managing invoicing and entering purchase orders;Making travel bookings and other orders;Specific HR-related tasks such as providing administrative support during the onboarding of new (international) staff members;Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and organizing both small- and large-scale events;Supporting with IT and workplace issues;Providing administrative support related to education/students;Providing ad hoc assistance to colleagues and visitors.Your teamIn this position, you will work together with another management assistant and a financial chair group administrator, sharing responsibility for the administrative support of our group. The group is led by two professors. While you will mainly work for the group as a whole, they may also approach you for specific tasks or support. As for your contract, we initially offer a one-year contract that can be extended - if possible within (company) organizational circumstances - on good performance.
