This role ensures integrity across reporting platforms, contributes to statutory and shareholder reporting processes, and provides meaningful analysis to senior leadership. It plays a key part in data/system governance, cross-departmental collaboration, control, cadence, and process improvement, helping to build trust in the finance function across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement and Financial Reporting Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial resultsDeliver consistent, high-quality financial and management reporting across:South AfricaInternationalCombined/Consolidated South Africa & InternationalNBLCombined/Consolidated Heineken Beverages GroupResponsible for all investor relations, reporting coordination and governanceProactive engagement and understanding of stakeholder requirementsIncorporation and integration of reporting schedules and cadences (internal and external)Overview, control and governance of various reporting outputs to ensure alignment and resolution to variancesCreation and automation of reporting templates, decks to support requirementsConsolidation of results and explanations to provide relevant detailed insights in a concise formatIntegrate changes, new requests and deal with ad hoc supportCoordinate and compile responses to shareholder queriesEnsure consistency of key messages across management, board and shareholder reportingMaintain and reconcile key reporting outputs and ensure alignment with:SAP / BIP / BPC / CIL / Power BI reportsOther relevant internal platformsReconcile results between different reporting systems / outputs and ensure completeness and consistencySupport CIL reporting and provide control oversight where requiredMonth-End and Reporting CadenceProactive planning and stakeholder communicationProactive follow up, obtaining and storing informationConsistent and punctual delivery of all outputs (in full, on time, to the RequirementsEducationQualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) or CIMAExperience and AttributesExperienceMinimum 2–3 years post-articles experience in a financial reporting or analytics roleStrong experience with Microsoft Excel is essentialKnowledge of SAP, SAP BW/BI, SAP BPC, and Analysis for Office is highly advantageousDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in cross-functional teams and/or multinational organisationsExperience in investor relations management, reporting and coordinationAttributesExcellent
