Opportunities are available in the Kitchen, Front Office and Sales and Marketing Departments.Food & Beverage and Front of HouseOur programme is designed to give you the relevant experience required to be able to progress to a Supervisory Position. This should be attainable for the trainee after a 6-month period at which time a meeting with the GM is arranged to discuss progression through the programme. Progress to a supervisory role is available within our Maigue Restaurant and Hunters Bar. Trainees will have responsibility for the daily operations and weekly planning of these areas.Rotation is also available to the Front of House department. This should be attainable for the trainee after a 6-month period at which time a meeting with the GM is arranged to discuss progression through the programme. Trainees will learn all the skills involved to be a front desk agent and a reservations agent.Rotation is also available to the Kitchen department. This should be attainable for the trainee after a 6-month period at which time a meeting with the GM is arranged to discuss progression through the programme..
