Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Management Trainee will be responsible for participating in daily training programs, analyzing market trends, preparing and delivering presentations, and contributing to business strategies. The candidate will work closely with team members and leaders to develop knowledge of the financial and investment industry while being prepared for future leadership roles within the organization.
