🌿 WE ARE HIRING – Join Kejora Karimunjawa Learning CommunityKejora Karimunjawa is a community-driven foundation established in 2021 by locals and expatriates on the island, dedicated to fostering brighter futures through quality and nature-based education.We are currently looking for passionate educators to join our growing school:👩‍🏫 Lead Preschool TeacherRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD) or related field• Experience teaching preschool-aged children• English proficiency (minimum CEFR B2) and able to teach bilingually• Able to create a warm, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment• Able to design structured lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and Kejora’s philosophy📚 Lead Primary TeacherRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (PGSD) or related field• Experience teaching in primary school• English proficiency (minimum CEFR B2) and able to teach bilingually• Familiar with Sekolah Alam or student-centered learning approach• Able to design structured lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum• Skilled in ongoing student assessment and observation🌍 International Primary Co-TeacherRequirements:• Background in Primary Education (PGCE or equivalent)• Experience with primary-aged children (Early Primary / Grade 1–3 is a plus)• Willing to collaborate with the Lead Teacher and team• Able to assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom activities• Interest in nature-based education• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a growing school environment• Patient, nurturing, and committed to each child’s growth• Comfortable with island living and community-oriented lifestyle✨ What you will do at Kejora• Deliver experiential and exploration-based learning• Develop lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum using a bilingual and nature-based approach• Conduct ongoing academic, social, and emotional assessments• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment• Collaborate with teachers and the education team in planning and evaluation• Serve as a role model in empathy, emotional intelligence, respectful communication, and environmental stewardship• Support school programs and actively contribute to community activities🌿 If you love outdoor learning, meaningful education, and being part of a growing learning community, this might be your next adventure.📅 Application deadline: 10 April 2026📩 Send your CV + portfolio to:info@kejorakarimunjawa.com📱 WhatsApp: +62 823-1397-9598🌐 Learn more: www.kejorakarimunjawa.com
