Job Description
Overview:We are seeking driven and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme. This 1-year program is designed to cultivate leadership potential by providing intensive training, hands-on experience, and in-depth knowledge in a specific department. As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in one functional area, learning the intricacies of the role, contributing to key projects, and building a solid foundation for a future leadership position within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to gain a thorough understanding of the chosen department (e.g., Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Chemical, Aerospace, Computer, and Industrial engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance etc.).Assist in executing key initiatives and projects within the department to drive business goals and operational improvements.Analyse department processes, provide insights, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making processes.Engage with senior leadership and department heads to gain mentorship, guidance, and career insights.Undertake responsibilities progressively, moving toward independent management of tasks and small projects.Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to monitor progress and set development goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, etc.).CGPA 3.5 and above or equivalentFresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of work experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.High level of initiative, drive, and resilience.Ability to work well within a team and independently.Interest in pursuing a long-term career in management within a specific department.Program Benefits:Tailored learning and development program focused on building expertise in a single department.Close mentorship from experienced professionals and senior leaders.Hands-on experience with real-world projects and business challenges.Opportunities for career progression into management roles upon successful completion of the program.Exposure to strategic decision-making processes within the department.Interested candidates are invited to send their applications via email to nurfina.firuz@toyota.com.my or amirah.sujak@toyota.com.my.Please include the following documents:Latest Resume/CVAcademic Transcript and/or Certificate
