Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Posted on 09/16/2025Job DescriptionThe Agricultural Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, planning, development, and implementation of infrastructure projects for NADEC's agricultural operations, encompassing both Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and open-field systems. This role plays a critical function in ensuring that infrastructure supports operational efficiency, sustainability, and scalability in alignment with NADEC's strategic goals. The Engineer will lead the design and execution of site layout, site set-out, irrigation systems, drainage, land development, roads, utilities, greenhouse foundations, and related facilities. To support these activities, the Engineer will have access to and utilize advanced surveying and measurement tools such as total stations, theodolites, laser levels and other precision instruments necessary for accurate field assessments and implementation.RequirementsEducation and CertificationsBachelor's degree in civil / hydraulic engineering.Professional Engineer license (Saudi Council of Engineers - Valid and Active).Experience:Minimum of 5-8 years of civil / hydraulic engineering experience, including at least 5 years in infrastructure development for agricultural or industrial projects.Proven experience in design and supervision of irrigation networks, roadworks, site-leveling, drainage, and structural components in agricultural environments.Experience working in multicultural environments.
