You will contribute to the development and implementation of proportionate and effective Counter-fraud, bribery and corruption controls, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Your work will help safeguard public funds and enhance the Homes England’s governance, risk management, and assurance frameworks.As an Anti-Economic Crime Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Homes England’s mission to prevent and respond to economic crime. Your work will help safeguard public funds and enhance the Homes England’s governance, risk management, and assurance frameworks.Person specificationYou Will Have The Skills And Experience ToLead complex investigations and casework, using sound judgement to assess risk and recommend proportionate action.Design and implement policies, procedures, and training that improve organisational resilience.Analyse data and intelligence to identify vulnerabilities, emerging risks, and areas for improvement.Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, building trusted relationships to achieve effective counter-fraud outcomes.Communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to different audiences including senior leaders.Professional counter-fraud qualifications (such as Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist, ICA, or ACFE) and membership of the Government Counter Fraud Profession are desirable, but not essential.You will be motivated by safeguarding public funds, demonstrate integrity and accountability in everything you do, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
