B2B Sales ManagerAbout The OpportunityA fast-growing player in the global workforce solutions and talent marketplace sector, focused on connecting enterprises with specialist freelance and remote teams. We serve enterprise and mid-market customers with scalable hiring and project delivery solutions, combining technology-enabled matching with expert account management. This role is on-site in India and targets high-impact revenue growth across B2B segments.Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn a defined B2B territory and end-to-end sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close enterprise and mid-market accounts.Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM, conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and convert leads into long-term clients.Develop tailored commercial proposals and lead contract negotiation to achieve quota and margin targets.Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and customer success teams to design solution-fit engagements and ensure smooth onboarding.Produce accurate sales forecasts, update CRM opportunities, and report progress against targets to senior leadership.Identify market trends and competitive insights to refine value propositions and accelerate deal velocity.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven experience in B2B sales or account management focused on enterprise or mid-market customers.Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.Demonstrated success using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and pipeline generation.Track record of closing deals through solution selling and contract negotiation.Ability to manage sales pipeline and deliver predictable, forecastable revenue.Comfort working on-site in India with frequent cross-functional collaboration.PreferredExperience selling workforce solutions, staffing, or freelance/talent marketplace services.Familiarity with HubSpot or additional CRM automation tools.Prior exposure to enterprise procurement and legal contracting processes.Benefits & Culture HighlightsOn-site, collaborative environment with rapid career progression for high performers.Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives and quota-based bonuses.Opportunity to shape GTM strategy in a scaling, customer-focused sales organization.Location & Workplace: On-site — India.
