Job Title: Manager – Customs Delivery (Airport Operations)Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the customs delivery team to ensure smooth daily operations at the airport.Oversee customs clearance activities, including documentation, verification, and coordination with regulatory authorities.Ensure compliance with all airport, customs, and company policies and procedures.Monitor delivery schedules and ensure that shipments are cleared and dispatched within set timelines.Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, transporters, and internal departments to resolve any operational issues.Maintain accurate records of customs documentation, duty payments, and clearance reports.Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays in the customs delivery process.Handle escalations and critical situations independently with minimal supervision.Train, guide, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and professional standards.Ensure safety and security protocols are followed within the customs area and during custom handling.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in customs or airport delivery operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and regulations.Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.Interested candidate can send your resume on 95506347
