OVERVIEWThe Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for driving a culture of continuous learning by designing and implementing training strategies that align with business goals. This role oversees learning programs, manages external providers, and ensures employees develop the skills needed to support organizational growth.Design, implement, and execute learning strategies and programs that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and business objectives.Conduct training needs analysis at both individual and organizational levels, fostering a continuous learning culture across the company.Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear and consistent framework for competency development.Develop, coordinate, and deliver diverse learning interventions, including e-learning modules, workshops, and classroom training.Manage the L&D budget, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee relationships with third-party training providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, ensuring continuous improvement.Oversee the administration, content curation, and learner progress within the Learning Management System (LMS).Ensure accurate and reliable learning data management by establishing standards, validating data integrity, and driving consistent reporting across all learning systems and platforms. Lead, coach, and supervise L&D team to achieve departmental goals.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree / Master’s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any equivalent.Minimum 7 years of working experience in relevant field. Instructional design and adult learning principles.Learning management systems and digital learning tools.Training needs analysis and competency frameworks.Program evaluation and learning analytics.Stakeholder management and vendor relations.
