Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to head MoMo Rewards, one of MoMo’s key platforms driving user engagement, retention, and partnership growth. As the Manager of MoMo Rewards, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of the Rewards ecosystem — from points economy and privilege design to merchant partnerships and user experience.You will lead a cross-functional team spanning product, marketing, and business development to turn MoMo Rewards into a key differentiator that builds customer loyalty and deepens user engagement across the MoMo platform.Mô tả công việcDefine and lead the overall strategy for MoMo Rewards to drive long-term engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.Oversee the rewards ecosystem, including point-earning and redemption rules, gamification, and economics control to ensure sustainability and business impact.Develop and manage partnerships with key internal Business Units (BU) and external merchants/brands to expand the rewards catalog, deliver exclusive privileges, and create win-win value propositions.Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance user experience and build innovative loyalty features and interfaces within the MoMo app.Lead campaigns and growth initiatives that drive user participation and awareness of the Rewards program.Own, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, redemption rate, retention uplift, and partner ROI to continuously optimize the program.Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields; MBA preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, digital marketing, or fintech product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of consumer engagement, gamification, and rewards ecosystems.Proven track record in building and scaling loyalty programs or similar customer retention platforms.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data insights into business strategies.Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
