We Are Looking For Someone Who CanManage all general planning issues for production departmentSchedule work as per requirement stipulationEnsure compliance with federal laws and regulationsProvide progress reports and supervise project plansAct as intermediary between people and departmentsMaintain communication between the internal team and clientsSupervise requirements for production departmentAcquire planning consent for proposalsPrepare proposals and site plans to meet the objectives of the managementWe Are Looking For Someone WithD.M.E. or B.E. degreesAt least 10+ years of experience in production planning controlThe ability to create innovative projects, analyze data, and solve problemsExposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMsA deep understanding of aftermarket requirementsKnowledge of labor norms and factory actsExposure to KANBAN, JIT, and FIFOExposure to ERP is also desirableExp and knowledge in SAP B1 and other planning toolsSalaryDepends on Skill and Experience
