Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, manage workers, monitor ongoing projects to ensure timelines and quality standards are met, and enforce safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, maintaining accurate project records, and ensuring that all work adheres to specifications and budgets. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision and project managementKnowledge of quality control practices and the ability to inspect and evaluate work for adherence to standardsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with construction safety guidelines and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environmentProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical plansEducational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageousAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure
